Living Whole Wellness was beautifully created by Cynthia. She is an Occupational Therapist and Public Health Educator. She embarked on her heartfelt journey in lifestyle medicine first as a dedicated Massage Therapist. In this role, she discovered her deep passion for nurturing and healing the body, witnessing the pure joy it brought to individuals when they simply felt good! Driven by the desire to make a difference, she pursued public health education to play a vital role in enhancing the health of our community as a whole. Her journey continued as she earned a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, where she focused on helping individuals one-on-one, assisting them in developing essential life skills needed to improve their well-being and make lasting changes. Today, she lovingly integrates her diverse experiences to lead the initiatives of The Living Whole Wellness Company, guiding individuals toward sustainable lifestyle changes that prioritize prevention and lasting lifestyle change. Her heartfelt mission is to shine a light on the importance of establishing preventative health measures in society as a whole, and she is passionate about using her voice to create a brighter and healthier future for tomorrow.
